I am going to strat honning in on my nutrition, which is crap. oh for my loyal readers I am going to be a dad.

		<description><![CDATA[Got up at 0430 (4:30am) and hit the gym, Went in early so I had time to log on to bb.com before the office. Chest day today. Flat, Incline, Decline, Flys and Push-Ups. 4 Sets do 8-10 reps, and 30 Minn of cardio. Go to the MMA gym tonight for some bag &#38; Mit work.
