Today 6-9
Got up at 0430 (4:30am) and hit the gym, Went in early so I had time to log on to bb.com before the office. Chest day today. Flat, Incline, Decline, Flys and Push-Ups. 4 Sets do 8-10 reps, and 30 Minn of cardio. Go to the MMA gym tonight for some bag & Mit work.
