The weeks blend together, Last week was a bit slow, I picked up some extra shifts at work and made my muscles sore. This week should be better, going in to the gym now for a chest workout. Trying to chang up some eating things to increase my energy, mainly my pre workout food. Also been thinking about switching my protein. Has anybody taken the Xyence or the BSN Syntha-6 protein? As I have said in the past, I have actualy got some pictures in the cameria and will post them Tuesday. Until then Lift hard
