Been sick the past week and now I am trying to get going again. Doing Arms today allong with some HIIT. I am doing measurments todays and maybe some new pics on Friday.

While you are going about your business today or the rest of the week, take a moment to reflect of teh 9 fire fighters who were killed in SC this week. Thank a fire fighter for what we do, along with police officers, paramedics/EMT, and our military.

This has been a hard week to get going. The temps hear have been in the 90’s with high humdity’s. But I got going and I feal a heck of a lot better after a session of HIIT. I started some endurance training also. I have been running early in the morning before it unbearable outdside. I am starting to write all my food I intake down, It is a hassel, but will benifit me in the long run. I start a tour on Friday (fire fighter slang for my Monday), so keep it real. Latter

Had a busy weekend, my little sister got married and I had to do some drinking. It was a good release, but now I am back to work again. Since taking the Lipo 6 it seams I have a bit more energy and recover faster. I have lost about 2 lbs now. I don’t like the HITT training I have started, but I think it is working for me, so I will keep going. I will do chest tonight if it ever slows down at work today.

I had a buddy help get acuret mesurments today. My progress may look a bit wird, because I tred taking measurments by my self prior. I think I got a good reading this morning.

This week has gone by fast. I tryed my first HIIT training on Wed. What a rush! I think this type of training will do me some good. I am now going to revamp my diet over the weekend. Latter

Started a new supplement today, actualy a couple days a ago. Muscle Milk Bar (Vanilla Toffee Crunch, 290 Cal, 10Fat, 30 Carb, 24 Protein). Holly Craper this is the best bar I have ever had. It tastes like a milklyway candy bar. That soft and crunchy.
Anyway- The first few days on the month, I have been hitting it hard. Will be nice to see what results I get with the Lipo 6.

afternoon. I woke up this morning at 0330 and felt the the need to run. Now I am not a complete SOB, I usualy get up at 0430 for work. Anyway I am changing up my cardio thanks to Angryrocker4 (Thanks); I will be starting a HIIT style of training on Monday. I will keep you posted. Latter
