My april goal has come and past. I did’t make my hole goal, but I do need to buy new pants. I droped my weight 3.5 lbs. I set a new goal of June for 5-10 lbs. I am busting my but now and going for results. Thanks for all the comments. I will get some new pics up soon.
I need a kick in the But. I have been slacking latley. Maybe it is the weather hear in MN; I am not sure. I need to get motivated and get moving toward my end goal.
Been busy latlely at work; I have to admit I kinda fell short on my april goals. I am currently adjusting my boxing workout, and adding more cardio to that workout. I am also starting 2 a days; with cardio in the morning and weights or boxing workout in the afternoon. Thanks for all the comments and support.
