Crazy Back workout

Hey everybody just thought I would let you know about this intense workout we had on Sunday.Woke up knowing that it was going to be a great day at the gym,had that early morning drive.Get to the gym did some light walking on the treadmill waiting for the other partners to arrive at the start of the workout asked what I missed the day before 20 reps 20 reps 20 reps and 50 reps,yeah my mouth hit the floor lol.Started out with hammer strength low rows 20 reps warm up 25 lbs nothing to crazy,then a plate for 20 reps,another set of 20’s with 2 plates.ok here we go bang out 50 continuous reps I started with 2 plates and a quarter pushed out 10 reps,strip some weight,another 10 add weight,5 reps strip weight 5more add weight another 5 add more back up to 2 plates bu this time and a puddle of sweat underneath me lol,5 more then last five with a plate and 35lbs WOW was all I could say.Next excersise once again 20,20,20,50 awesome version of a row we did it on the old school shrug machine facing the mirror bend at the hip like you would do a dumbell rows full stretch at the bottom separating at the scapula and on the way down put most of the weight from the handels on your pinky and ring finger even more of a stretch,at this point we’ve done 220 reps back is jacked up lol. One more excersisesingle arm low d-handel cable rows sittin on a dumbell great fro lower lats,key factor is in the stretch get that dumbell about 5 feet away from the cable machine,keep the chest up and on the way back pull from the elbowkeep it slightly out hips in chst up and pull back,just destroys anything left in you oh yeah did 3 sets of 20’s going weight around 75-90lbs.Time to finish it off with reverse barbell shrugs 3 sets of 20 reps,calves, cardio and home to eat.Monday is biceps and triceps can’t wait to see what he comes up with today.Have the courage to accept what you can’t alter and alter what you can’t accept!!
