			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being a Columbus, Ohio native I have dreamed of working a booth at the Arnold Classic, an event I attend every year, religiously.Â  I realize working my way up in the ranks of the NPC,Â especially this past year withÂ the National shows I did,Â will help get my name and face out there, but I also needed to have patience.Â  I competed in the Arnold amateur last year and that was monumental for me, butÂ yet it wasn&#8217;t the same as beingÂ apart of all the excitement the Expo has to bring.Â Â Â Marketing myself with my own website and this wonderful tool Bodyspace has finally paid off.Â Â  All I want for Christmas is to work a booth at the Arnold and I&#8217;m happy to say I will be working at the <strong>Beast Sports Supplement Booth</strong>!!!Â  I&#8217;M SO EXCITED!!!Â  Please stop by and say hello if you&#8217;re in town for this awesome Sports Festival weekend.Â  I believe this year is the 25th anniversary&#8230;.how cool is that?Â  I&#8217;m all smiles!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it&#8217;s been a week since I competed in the North American Championships and I was back in the gym 4 days after my show.Â  I just can&#8217;t keep away.Â  I feel I have much work to do and I&#8217;m ready to get the ball rolling!!Â  Not to mention I&#8217;ve been very &quot;free&quot; with my diet and that starts to go to my head, so I train to compensate.Â  I actually miss egg whites and oatmeal!!Â  I think when you eat clean for so long and you eat some &quot;junk&quot; it just doesn&#8217;t taste as good as I remember&#8230;well, except the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, that tasted GREAT!Â  For the past year I have worked hard on building my shoulders and they have come a long way, but I really feel I need more work on my back.Â  Specifically width.Â  I haveÂ such aÂ hard time feeling my lats for some reason.Â  I did getÂ some really great advice on the forum and I&#8217;m going to try some different techniques, and so I&#8217;m excited about that.Â  We&#8217;ll see how it goes.Â  My next show will be Jr. Nationals in June of 2008.Â  I&#8217;ve got sooo much time to play!Â  I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll be chompin&#8217; at the bit to get back on stage, I&#8217;ve never had this long of a break, but it will be good for my physique&#8230;so we&#8217;ll see what happens.Â </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My show is in 5 days and I&#8217;ve started implementing some nice, clean, complex carbs back into my diet consistantly since yesterday and I LOVE IT!Â  I do not do a super compensation when I start carb loading, my body doesn&#8217;t respond.Â  I take a good 6-7 days and start to slowly bring carbs back in and start healing.Â  I was so used to that flat, depleted look&#8230;it&#8217;s nice to see a little fullness coming back!Â  Yee haw!!Â  It&#8217;s amazing what a little carbs can do for your mental outlook!Â  I feel good forÂ this show.Â  I&#8217;m about 2-3lbs. leaner than I was at Nationals and that was my goal, so we&#8217;ll see how it fairs out.Â  I&#8217;ve done the best I can do, so now I will sit back and enjoy the ride.Â
