My personal best - squats
Ok, not that my legs need a ton of work, but today I squatted 205 for 6 reps!!! Yippee!!!! My best EVER!!! I have a herniated disk in my low back (L5S1), so I’ve always been extra cautious when I squat and therefore I don’t think I push myself as hard with this particular exercise. But…look out…I’m on a roll baby!!!

Thats no sissy weight there young lady. The workout program and exercise forums will have your biceps huge if you do to many- havent figured that one out yet.

Excellent work! What positive proof that heavy lifting makes women all the more feminine, and not ‘manly’. Inspirational. Man, I can’t wait to hit squats again tommorrow - you’re leaving me for dust!

women who squat heavy are so sexy, my friend used to squat just as much, little smallie girl only about 5′2" so it was so amusing, I taught her well.
