My personal best - squats
Friday, February 1st, 2008Ok, not that my legs need a ton of work, but today I squatted 205 for 6 reps!!! Yippee!!!! My best EVER!!! I have a herniated disk in my low back (L5S1), so I’ve always been extra cautious when I squat and therefore I don’t think I push myself as hard with this particular exercise. But…look out…I’m on a roll baby!!!
