Run Down
September 30, 2008Im so run down right now
I’ve been working 6 days a week at the moment and every Saturday is about 12 hours so i dont get to train until late at night, and then i dont train properly because im so tired so i have to train Sundays as well. Ive been putting in more effort to try and make a final push for the end of this Challange as well. I leave the house around 8.30am and dont get home until 12 hours later at around 8.30 after training and work. It’s all starting to come down on me. Im tired all the time, Grumpy and have been gettings some bad headaches, this is the first time ive had a headach in my life. I think i need a Vacation.
Fortunatly my Lifts have been improving regardless. My deadlifts are still at 90KG plus the Bar for 6 and my bulk is really working for me. Im training harder and better then ever before, but more about that once i finish the challange. Now i need to get some sleep. 12 hours sleep might just sort me out.
At least now nobody can say i dont life for training!
