THE UPS AND DOWNS
This crazy ride to fitness is full of ups and downs and some days I really struggle to hold on and not plummet down into a sea of melted chocolate and iced donutsĀ mmmmmmm OK new thought!! When I am on track I usually look at those people who fall off the wagon every week and think "what are you doing? just get on with it" but it isnt until I have a mega blowout and struggle to get back on track that I see myself mirrored in those "losers" and realise that we are all given the same tools it is just a matter of how well you learn to use them. I have come to believe in the power of positive self thought after struggling with the few days on few days off diet, if I tell myself I am a clean eating Lean looking strength machine I’ve got much more chance of becoming that rather than dwelling on past failures.
So here’s to forming new habits, kicking negativity to the curb and the power of positive thought.
