Wow. 6 days after my competition I have eaten a lot of food. A lot unclean eating. After 2 days I missed my clean diet….my competition diet. As much as I complained, whined, bitched about the competition diet…I miss it. Junk food isn’t all that it is cracked up to be. However, I am just eating whatever I want for one week, to purge it out of my system and get back to clean eating….cannot wait.
What do you eat? What do you like? How do you feel when you eat the same thing for 3 months?
This was my 2nd competition and I bloated for the first time! My calves were the size of my thighs and I couldn’t put my shoes on! Wow.

I am 9+ weeks away from my next competition. Not as exciting as my first show…maybe it is still too far out?
But, now I know what to expect…so the unknown is now known.
One thing that is very exciting is that 9 weeks from my first show I was 23% body fat. Currently, I am at 17.5%…so, should have good results…if I can stay away from the carbs and my favorite little thing…margaritas!

Oh man…dieting for competition is so tough! I miss my carbohydrates…so, I splurged tonight…sweet & salty peanut bar, piece of bread with almond butter & strawberry jam, handful of cashews…and a beer. Oh, I am so going to hell.
What do you do to get your mind off carbohydrates??
