Why I Skip Workouts
I miss sessions in the gym because:
I need rest
I am not mentaly prepared
I am physically ill or injured
my family/friends/dog Need me
That said, last night’s Lifting went well. I hit Legs and Shoulders, doing new exercises for each ("Kneeling" Leg Curls & Cable Side Raises) and coming out pretty tired but very much pumped!
