A few generic questions for all to answer for help…………….
Looking for glutamine to add to my water to drink, any ideas what to get?
How do you determine your overall calorie daily needs are?
In order to cut fat you have to live under this threshold?
Im looking to take off those extra few percentages of fat keep and or add to the muscle, I know, just like everyone else here

L-Glutamine is definitely good stuff i suggest 5 g before and after workouts and 5g before bed to help
Personally i dont live by numbers and i dont think anyone should. Everyones body is different…go by how your body feels and same with training
Chose a good source of carbs, protein and fats and incorporate them into every meal and dint worry about how many calories your taking in, aslong as you feel full and KNOW you have eaten small meals throughout the day you will be fine
I think you should build up muscle then focus on losing it, seems pointless trying to build muscle and lose weight the same time.
I dont mean get fat by anymeans just build up your glycogen levels a little, that will only make you stronger and obviously lead to muscle gain
