A few generic questions for all to answer for help…………….
Looking for glutamine to add to my water to drink, any ideas what to get?
How do you determine your overall calorie daily needs are?
In order to cut fat you have to live under this threshold?
Im looking to take off those extra few percentages of fat keep and or add to the muscle, I know, just like everyone else here
Any and all comments are welcome

Alright, so I’m human. Went Skiing with a friend, a little activity, Skiing in Michigan isnt exactly a work out. But, as with friends, we drank a bit to much, from a calorie standpoint. Well typically what happens is the Diet goes out the window. Fortunately, likeminded friends, he works out as well as watches what he eats. So other than the Beer, the Food intake wasnt that terrible. So after a weekend with a friend like that, only one thing to do. Get to the Gym and hit it even harder than normal.
Were all human and we all arent disciplined every second of every day, well looking at some of the pics here, some of us are. Case and point if you stray, keep it to a minimum, and get right back at it, dont beat yourself up for weeks and month. Dont, say well I fell off over the weekend, screw it and continue down from there.
