April 27, 2008well, at the moment i’m walking 3 miles in the morning and 3 miles at night. I haven’t made it into the gym since my son was born(other than for a blether with friends lol) and can’t wait to get started!
At the mo i’m waiting until the hubby’s shows are over and hopefully my wee boy will get out of hospital(i’m spending my days there and couldn’t possibly get to the gym without feeling guilty about not being there just in case he needed me…)
So untilĀ the end of May/beginning of June i will be watching my diet and sticking with the cardio.I’m getting leaner and will be posting pics of the changes the eating and cardio make, then i’ll be posting the gaining improvements that follow when i get into the gym.
I’m lucky, i have alot of experienced athletes around me and some great advice whenever i need it, I have all the support a lass could ask for, its just down to me doing as i’m told and how much effort that I put in!
Good luck to all in achieving your dreams, stick in there and see where it takes you!I hope to gain some inspiration here and you never know…one day i might even inspire!!!!
