Ive been out of the gym for about 3 weeks now and I cant wait to get back. Ive lost some of my size and definition but I know ill get it back really quick. Ive been really busy with my fraternity lately and school and havent had much time to work out, but starting tomorrow im hitting the gym hard and heavy.

I did negatives on flat bench today, I shocked the hell out of my muscles. It was a really good workout. For people that are on a plateau on bench, I think its a pretty good way to get over it. I put my 1 rep max weight on there and just did negatives with that and a spotter on each side lifted the bar up.

I did legs today at the gym, i was able to squat 285lbs 8 times, I think thats good for only weighing about 145. Is that good?

I had an intense arm workout today, I was wore out by the end. I did barbell curls with 95lbs 8 times, which for me is good. Also I did skull crushers with 85 lbs 8 times. So it was a good day for me thanks to the help of No explode once again.

Does anyone have or know where I can get a already set up meal plan, for gaining mass and muscle. I was reading something yesterday that said your calories intake should be 40% carbohydrates, 40% protein, and 20% fat. If anyone has any information regarding this type of stuff, send it my way.

Today I did 185 ten times and 195 8 times. About a month and a half ago 195 was my max. I have 225 listed, but i think I can get more. I dont mean to pat myself on the back, but I am really happy with my gains.
