I just got home from the gym and eating. I been training with AP. We did tris and shoulders. I also just went to Waffle House and ate a hell of lot of food. I’m trying to bulk up. I’ve had a really hard time in the past gaining weight. Since i’ve been on this new program with AP and been eating a lot, i’ve gained 7 pounds this week, which is a lot. I’m a year away from my first show(2008 NPC Southern States). Its a difficult show so i’ve been training hard and eating like crazy.

I worked out with Aaron(MoreMuscleXXL) today. We did biceps and calves. It was pretty intense, got an insane pump on both body parts. I’m gonna hit the gym with him later on tonight. Based on what I felt today, i think im gonna see a lot of improvement really fast with his workout plan. I cant wait to see my results a couple of months down the line.

I’ve set a goal to compete in the 2008 NPC Southern States. Goals are easy to set, the hard part is achieving them. There is A LOT of work to be done, i mean A LOT!!! I can’t play games anymore, its 110% or nothing at all. I’m open to any and all comments and advice.

I got back to the gym after 2 months. Ive been so busy lately. But i’m back to stay and i’m gonna get more massive than i ever was. I’m more motivated than ever.

I did a triathlon this past sunday. Its was a .25 mile swim, 5 mile bike, and 2 mile run. I completed the event in 43 minutes. I didnt train for this thing not one bit. The swim was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I got so excited at the blow of the horn to start that I went all out. I was dead tired about a third of the way through the swim. I did really well on the biking and running. Me and and my fraternity brother sprinted to the finish line of the run for a photo finish. Me taking 8th and he took 9th.

Im doing a triathalon tomorrow morning. I have to be out there at 6 am. Damn thats early. Oh well, its going to be a fun and a challenge.
