Today I did chest and biceps in the afternoon. They were "C" workouts which mean in my program that they are superset days. I had an awesome workout. I just started taking celltech today, lets see that how works out. In my night workout I did legs & abs. For some reason I just didnt have the motivation. I was yawning. I sucked it up and still did the workout, I just didnt have the same enthusiasm as I normally do. I did 5 sets of 8 of Front Squats, which by the way hurt like a bastard on my shoulders and collar bones, 10 sets of 12 on the leg extensions, and 8 sets of 10 on leg curls. For abs i did 3 sets of 5 Russian twists, 3 sets of 12 on reverse crunches, and 3 sets of 40 on regular crunches. For my afternoon workout I did db bench press 5 reps, pec dec 12 reps, db benchpress 5 reps, and dips 40 reps, all in a superset. I did that 3 times. For biceps I did EZ curls for 5 reps, scott curls 12 reps, EZ curls 5 reps, conc. curls 40 reps. I did that in a superset 3 times.
