back to the gym after spring break
In college your kinda tempted, well, rather, you cant really get away from alcohol and this spring break I drank my ass off. I didnt drive though of course. Some how I came back and on chest i did 110lbs dumbells on flat bench 5 times my third set. What I really couldnt understand is how i curled 155lbs my third set 5 times!!! Great workout. Great Spring break. Definitely not drinking for a long time.
