Tonights Workout
Tuesday, October 30th, 2007I had a really good workout today. I was able to do 260 on the lat pull down machine. I don’t know if thats pounds or just a number, but i did the whole stack 5 times on my 3rd set. On bent-over rows i was able to do 275lbs 12 times. I don’t know what happened since the last time I did triceps but i was doing french presses or whatever you call the exercise where you pressing the dumbbell upwards sitting straight up and was able to do 80lbs 5 times with ease I should have went up to 90lbs. I had a really solid workout today.
