In college your kinda tempted, well, rather, you cant really get away from alcohol and this spring break I drank my ass off. I didnt drive though of course. Some how I came back and on chest i did 110lbs dumbells on flat bench 5 times my third set. What I really couldnt understand is how i curled 155lbs my third set 5 times!!! Great workout. Great Spring break. Definitely not drinking for a long time.

I had a really good workout today. I was able to do 260 on the lat pull down machine. I don’t know if thats pounds or just a number, but i did the whole stack 5 times on my 3rd set. On bent-over rows i was able to do 275lbs 12 times. I don’t know what happened since the last time I did triceps but i was doing french presses or whatever you call the exercise where you pressing the dumbbell upwards sitting straight up and was able to do 80lbs 5 times with ease I should have went up to 90lbs. I had a really solid workout today.

Wow………..this stuff works really good. Way better than NO Xplode in my opinion. I had a really intense and focused workout.

I did chest and biceps. My chest is gaining strength like crazy. I did flat bench, pec dec, and cable flys. For biceps i did ez bar curls, preacher bench, and concentration curls.

Today I did chest and biceps in the afternoon. They were "C" workouts which mean in my program that they are superset days. I had an awesome workout. I just started taking celltech today, lets see that how works out. In my night workout I did legs & abs. For some reason I just didnt have the motivation. I was yawning. I sucked it up and still did the workout, I just didnt have the same enthusiasm as I normally do. I did 5 sets of 8 of Front Squats, which by the way hurt like a bastard on my shoulders and collar bones, 10 sets of 12 on the leg extensions, and 8 sets of 10 on leg curls. For abs i did 3 sets of 5 Russian twists, 3 sets of 12 on reverse crunches, and 3 sets of 40 on regular crunches. For my afternoon workout I did db bench press 5 reps, pec dec 12 reps, db benchpress 5 reps, and dips 40 reps, all in a superset. I did that 3 times. For biceps I did EZ curls for 5 reps, scott curls 12 reps, EZ curls 5 reps, conc. curls 40 reps. I did that in a superset 3 times.
