Saturday, June 28th, 2008Just got back from the INBF Natrual HERCULES Bodybuilding Championships. Didn’t place top 6 for my class but there were a whopping 160 competitors. So it went by extremely slow. I realzie if I’m gonna go up against the big boys I need big boy toys. So I’m taking the rest of the year off from competiting and setting out on a journey to build 5 years worth of quality muscle in less than 1. Sounds imposible I know. However I’m a firm beliver in the posibility of all things. If I can build the physique I currently have in 1 year and 4 months then I know I can pull it off. Just gotta train harder and smarter. Also gotta be on point with diet and supps. This is when I start wishing I was sponsered.
