		<description><![CDATA[I just got back from my shoulder workout and cardio, I feel really good right now.  I am happy midterms are over and that I did well on them and I can finally get my training back on schedule.  I see progress slowly but surely and will reach my goal eventually.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a problem of when I go out with my friends <strong>I CANNOT STAND TO WATCH PEOPLE EAT.</strong> Right now my goal is to get cut, it requires a lot of hard work, dedication and a good eye on diet.  Of course the diet has to be hardest part.  Anyways, I can&#8217;t watch people eat! It drives me nuts!  The whole time in my head I have a little war whether to eat and have a good time or kinda mope and sit there and not do anything.  Of course some of you are saying &quot;why don&#8217;t you get something healthy?&quot;&#8230;.well some of the restaurants that we usually goto serve a lot of junk food and we would usually go late at night.  I cannot justify spending $11 on a salad with a little piece of grilled chicken while my buddies are spending $5 and getting 30 chicken wings.</p>
<p> Anyways, I ask for your help!  What do you guys do to fight off cravings while going out with friends?  Alcohol is not a problem, I&#8217;m not really a drinker to begin with; but with food is another story.  Any comments would be appriciated, thanks!
