I can’t seem to get anymore cut as seen in my picture. Any advice as how to get out of this plateau? Also, any input on carb cycling for getting ripped?

I am wondering where I can purchase some sugarless sauces, specifically in Canadian stores? A lot of sauces out there have quite a bit of sugar per tablespoon and I’m looking for any sauces that taste great without the sugar.

Just got back from the dominican republic! One week of fun but a reallllllllly poor diet. I can tell the changes in my body and its not for the better. Bah, it doesn’t help that christmas and new years are comming up too!

I just got back from my shoulder workout and cardio, I feel really good right now. I am happy midterms are over and that I did well on them and I can finally get my training back on schedule. I see progress slowly but surely and will reach my goal eventually.

I have a problem of when I go out with my friends I CANNOT STAND TO WATCH PEOPLE EAT. Right now my goal is to get cut, it requires a lot of hard work, dedication and a good eye on diet. Of course the diet has to be hardest part. Anyways, I can’t watch people eat! It drives me nuts! The whole time in my head I have a little war whether to eat and have a good time or kinda mope and sit there and not do anything. Of course some of you are saying "why don’t you get something healthy?"….well some of the restaurants that we usually goto serve a lot of junk food and we would usually go late at night. I cannot justify spending $11 on a salad with a little piece of grilled chicken while my buddies are spending $5 and getting 30 chicken wings.
Anyways, I ask for your help! What do you guys do to fight off cravings while going out with friends? Alcohol is not a problem, I’m not really a drinker to begin with; but with food is another story. Any comments would be appriciated, thanks!

My cut is going well so far. I can see the difference in the mirror and feel the difference in my body. It’s hard at times but it’s worth it. Down to 213.2lbs. Will keep you posted.

Today is day 6 of my cut! Diet has been going well so far, very proud of that considering that is usually my weak point. I’ve been hit with flu, everything hurts and my mental focus is just not there. I didn’t goto the gym today, kinda makes me feel like crap but either way I feel like crap. Ah well, I guess I’ll just try to enjoy the rest of today.

With summer ending, it’s time to get focused and get shredded (hopefully). I’ve never been cut in my life, always been the bigger kid out there. It’s time to change that! Today is day 4 and so far I’m on track with my diet and work out routines and I feel good. Even better that yesterday I gave up the urge to go out and eat late at night with some buddies, still had a good time…just hungry. More to follow.
