Bored at work
So I’m sitting at a desk listening to the news in the middle of a desert… so boring. I can’t wait to get off and go to the gym. Shoulders and Back in the morning. Woo Hoo! I’ve started to find myself looking forwards to my workouts. I’m working whatever group i have to exhaustion and it feels great. I’m still dreading the long cardio sessions i have 3x a week tho. Don’t get me wrong i do 20 mins of cardio daily after my workout, but on non lift days i do 30-45 mins after 200-300 reps of various ab work. I need to find a way to enjoy my cardio sessions, i just haven’t found one yet tho =/ I guess i wouldn’t mind it so much if i didn’t have to run on a treadmill… the downfall of being in the middle of the desert, no good running paths.

I use a different routine each day. I also do 45 minutes to an hour. It helps breakup the boredom. Music is also a major motivator.
