Cramps and Cardio? grrh
I am trying so hard to manage these cramps and maintain my focus. I almost cried this morning doing cardio. My ovaries are trying to get the best of me! How can I overcome this challenge and continue to intensify my sessions with terrible cramps? It is so discouraging! My appetite is lost, I have to force myself to eat. I am only on Day 3 of my transformation, and so many odds are against me. I have to stay positive and look on the bright side of things. #1 ovaries are the size of prunes, I am bigger and stronger! #2 I will not give up #3 no pain no gain!

sometimes a low magnesium level contributes to bad cramps… take b-12 as well and lots of stretching after cardio and take a nap if you can get one. I started a new workout the week of my period and I felt the same, it feels so crappy when you’re trying your hardest! just remember not to overdo it cuz you’ll be overtired next week (at least I was when I tried to push super duper hard during my period and I slacked the next week lol!) you can do it!!!
