			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well it&#8217;s been about 6 months since I really wanted to start leaning out.  I don&#8217;t want to be super lean, but just have more definition.  I think my abs have gotten so much better!  I&#8217;m really excited to see results.  I&#8217;ve been doing weighted decline bench sit ups and leg raises! I just started to incorporate reverse leg curls on an incline bench.</p>
<p> Another thing I&#8217;ve been doing is cable kickbacks with 10 lbs on a flat bench. I use the ankle cuff on each ankle and attach it to the stack, then do lifts for my butt! LOVE IT!!
