Switched Gyms!
I think I hold the world’s record for Gym hopping, lol!!! I just changed gyms again, I think this is about the 9th time!!! NO LIE! Anyway my last gy6m was pissing me off, so I canned them…..I started up at a new one closer to home, they don’t have as much equipment as my last gym, but it does the job. They’re also open all the time, even on holidays and after hours on weekends!!! Nice! Anyway, I have been doing different things naturally because I need to adapt myself to the new equipment etc….and so far everything is going pretty well!

changing gyms is always good as it stops you from getting bored, hope the switch works out for you.

I need to join your new gym. My current gym has great equipment and an awsome gym staff but they are closed for every and any holiday or they are constantly changing their gym hours on the weekeneds with little to no notice. If the location wasn’t as conveinent as it is, I would have "canned" them a while ago.

Nothing wrong with gym hopping. I let my Gold’s membership expire and kept my Planet Fitness. Ten bucks a month for PF versus about $500 per year for Gold’s with about the same equipment offered. There’s greater travel time to get to PF, but with the price difference it’s worth it.
