My progress!

Well it’s been about 6 months since I really wanted to start leaning out.  I don’t want to be super lean, but just have more definition.  I think my abs have gotten so much better!  I’m really excited to see results.  I’ve been doing weighted decline bench sit ups and leg raises! I just started to incorporate reverse leg curls on an incline bench.

 Another thing I’ve been doing is cable kickbacks with 10 lbs on a flat bench. I use the ankle cuff on each ankle and attach it to the stack, then do lifts for my butt! LOVE IT!!

    My workouts have been going pretty well, up until 2 days ago I came down with a stomach bug!! I’ve taken 2 days off from the gym but plan to go back tomorrow and do some cardio and hopefully some weights..we’ll see.

    I have also been trying to vary up the equipment I normally use..we all usually get so accustomed to using the same things over and over…it’s good to shock the muscles!

    Just a suggestion to you, Sarah. How about doing hanging leg raises? it’s tough by effect for lower abs ;)

    I also do lower leg lifts, and they help tremendously for lower abs!!

    I had a little stomach bug last week and just now starting to feel better. It has detained my training a bit. I had no appetite or strength to workout. I went to the gym today and it was awful…I had no energy and felt weak. I will bounch back in a couple days hopefully.:)

    I’m not a big fan of the ball….I find it extremely awkward! I love decline weighted sit-ups and hanging leg raises right now…

    Lately I have been doing the decline bench, holding a 10lb weight and lying down all the way, with weight over head, then bring weight back over head and sit up, hope that makes sense…..it’s great!
