My progress!
Monday, April 9th, 2007Well it’s been about 6 months since I really wanted to start leaning out. I don’t want to be super lean, but just have more definition. I think my abs have gotten so much better! I’m really excited to see results. I’ve been doing weighted decline bench sit ups and leg raises! I just started to incorporate reverse leg curls on an incline bench.
Another thing I’ve been doing is cable kickbacks with 10 lbs on a flat bench. I use the ankle cuff on each ankle and attach it to the stack, then do lifts for my butt! LOVE IT!!
