Thursday, June 11th, 2009So i am 142 lbs 5′6. I lift as heavy as possible in the gym 6 days a week. I want to build muscle! i just did some calculations and am used to thinking 1400-1500 cals was good for me since i didnt want to gain fat. well im over it. im tired of not seeing gains in muscle.So…just did my calculation for calorie needs and apparently i need 1857 to maintain and 2357 to gain…Really?! That is awesome news just worried about gaining fat. i know i contradict myself but just remember i am girl and have always been focused on losing weight. I WANT MUSCLE NOW! I am so devoted ad constantly think about what im eating and blah blah blah…so i will do whatever it takes. i feel like ive been trying so long but dont make progress with muscle. Now im trying it your way bb.com! Could it really be true that i have to eat MORE?! That is awesome news.
