Could it really be true?!!!

So i am 142 lbs 5′6. I lift as heavy as possible in the gym 6 days a week. I want to build muscle! i just did some calculations and am used to thinking 1400-1500 cals was good for me since i didnt want to gain fat. well im over it. im tired of not seeing gains in muscle.So…just did my calculation for calorie needs and apparently i need 1857 to maintain and 2357 to gain…Really?! That is awesome news just worried about gaining fat. i know i contradict myself but just remember i am  girl and have always been focused on losing weight. I WANT MUSCLE NOW! I am so devoted ad constantly think about what im eating and blah blah blah…so i will do whatever it takes. i feel like ive been trying so long but dont make progress with muscle. Now im trying it your way bb.com! Could it really be true that i have to eat MORE?! That is awesome news.

Mixing of Supplements?

Does anyone else worry about mixing supplements? I dont want to drop dead lol. Im taking superpump, lipo6 hers, lean out by beverly, CLA…what do you guys think? should i worry about lipo6 and lean out and superpump together? Thanks

New Coffee Shake!

So it all started  when I couldnt make up my mind whether cream was better with less sugar or nonfat milk with less fat to put into my coffee. So finally for the first time in my life, I began drinking coffee black! Wow, I actually can do it and it isnt THAT bad. Ok, so come on now, it tastes like shit and i miss my cream but anyways…I had thought of before mixing protein powder with my coffee but when i tried it a few years ago, it didnt work out so well. This time, it is the best thing ever!  
I mix my coffee in my magic bullet with some of my American Whey Vanilla protein and ice and it is just like a frozen frappuccino thing from Starbucks! ( Not that I have ever had one…) If yall like coffee, you should really try this. We no longer have to miss out on frozen coffee drinks loaded with sugar. By the way, the magic bullet it great. I work at Gold’s Gym and the blenders there at the smoothie bar cost a fortune but the magic bullet is just as good! Let me know if yall try and like this drink as much as me! Hopefully, this isnt old news and yall already know about it haha.

sad social life

Does anyone else wish that they could just go out like everyone else and drink and have fun? I just turned 23 and I really dont have a social life!  Typically I dont want to go out because would end up eating or drinking badly and if not badly, alcohol alone is not good for weight loss. It is tough being young and always dieting. Sometimes, I wish that I would just go out and enjoy life because i know how short life is! Any advice?
