FORM…FORM…FORM -CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE
Saturday, February 16th, 2008What I’ve learned over this last few weeks is that if you want results you can see, proper form is paramount.. Also I’ve learnedĀ that you have to change up your routine often.. Up until the last 2 weeks I had been using a half pyramid routine.. Nothing wrong with it if you want to kick back and take it slow and easy.. After all it brought me down from 274 to current 232.. But a lotĀ of builders on here are training 1 or 2 bodyparts a day. I read articles that indicated this works best for people my age (54). It gives our muscles more time rest and grow.. Also I learned to "lift heavy or stay at home". This last few weeks progress has really stoked me.. If my calculations are correct I have gained 2lbs of Lean Body Mass. I went form 239lbs to 232lbs and 34.7% to 32.1 % current.. I can’t wait to hit my 20’s… I’ve also stepped up cardio to 5x weekly and stopped running from my most hated exercises like the lunge.. It’s gonna be interesting over the next 2 months.. I’m up for the challenge..
