SKIN…More…Skin
Sunday, December 30th, 2007I’ve come to realize that I must face my demons. I have to post pics showing skin more regularly to truly gage my progress.. I feel progress in the sense that my pants are way looser, my man boobs are starting to round out.. Also I noticed the side handles are starting to decrease in size.. Nutrition wise I have added milled flaxseed to my protein drinks.. They said in 3 days you will start to feel the difference and they weren’t lying.. I feel more energetic and ready to workout.. This is going to be an exciting year of transformation for me and I feel ready for the challenge.. Since I am over 40 and more prone to injury I am taking it slowly and one day at a time..
Thurs. I really pushed biceps , chest and back.. After H.I.T. cardio I was too tired to do triceps.. So, lesson learned , no H.I.T. cardio with workouts just yet.. Funni thing is I felt no post workout pain from back and chest, but biceps were sore as hell on fri.
Because I injured my back and was bed-ridden for a few days I have been laying off lower body work.. I will resume lower body workouts tomm as the pain and soreness has pretty much diminished.. And the injury was a result of me lifting a lamp out of a box, not the gym.. One of those freak of nature things..
