Thursday, August 2nd, 2007I feel good about yesterday , Aug 2 Wed. on several fronts.. One, I had a great workout. While doing back extensions, I have a very weak lower back, a trainer walked by and said," you wanna learn an easier, more efficient way to do that and get better results?". I said, sure and he guided me and I really felt the lower back muscles engaging. After a few reps I felt 1,000x better than doing extensions the traditional way… After my workout , the wifey and me went on a shopping trip and I got my first jug of Creatine. I had read up on it and realized I needed this supplement. Then I bought a scale that measures bodyfat , wgt, and water level.. I need numbers ,as I am a visual person. Well on a good note my weight went down.. On a sad note the bf machine at the gym is way off.. My BF is 35.7/ dangerously high for the long term. Inside I am feeling like a million dollars but I have a lot of work to do. Lastly, I did ab work yesterday really focusing on form and tips from you guys, like ensuring back is firmly planted on the ground.. I had no residual pain, whooppeeee.. Six-pak abs here I come….
