After ALOT of changes back and forth in workout styles I finaly have settled down with good old 5×5 strength training with a slight olympic weightlifting style. My gym is an olympiclifts gym and a pro weightlifting trainer are at the gym around the same time as me so it works out GREAT! The original workour(stronglifts.com) is:
A: Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row, Dips
B: Squat, OH. Press, Deadlift, Pull/Chin ups
This is a great workout, it really is. But as the first thing I changed it to olympic style bicouse… well… ITS MORE FUN! I started by changing squat/row to Front Squat/Power Clean. Now it’s more fun and I got a great support from the oly. trainer. I love this , good for both strength, looks and social life. But something is missing! I changed to front squats for looks and fun, power clean same thing. I keept reading up on how to make training better for my looks and get to know more about difrent exercises. I found one thing I wanted to change. MY BENCH! Flat bench is mostly about strength. But my balance sometimes got off and I’m doing to have fun and look better. So my latest and last change to all this is Flat => Incline. It’s better for the looks, easy to keep balance and to be honest I think it’s more fun than Flat. So my super duper remix of StrongLifts workout is finaly something I could see myself do for a long time without constantly changing something:
A: Front Squat, Incline Bench, Power Clean, Dips
B: Front Squat, OH. Press, Deadlift, Chinups
Fingers crossed, this and my new diet experiment(intermittent fasting) should give great results and I’m looking forward to seeing them. 3 months, then we will see =) Wish me good luck, Peace!

About 2 months ago I got dumped… BIG TIME! I know many of you think this is a worthless exuse.. Wich it is but it struk kind of bad and I got stuck in almost a 2 month drinking spree. When I where drunk every day, with no will to fix a good meal I turned to Bread, Pizza and ofcourse the bear wasent such a good idea either.
All hungovers and a shoulder injury I coused while attempting to train away my pain and a heavy cold(could be bicouse of all the drinking made my body’s self defence drop) made me stop train completly for over 3 weeks for the first time in over 6 months. All this combined I’ve gined some weight and my belly’s progress has dropped, even fallen backwards a little.
But late last night I had a long talk to a good friend after a whole bunch of disasters this weekend. After 4 hours on the phone I desided to let go of my Ex completly, remove all beer, bread and pizza ones and for all. I hope my body will start a powerfull burn soon. Nothing to do but keep on lifting. Stay strong and not let love destroy my lifting again. Love comes and go, gymfee is a constant!
Wich me good luck =)

For a while I fell off track and forgot the reason why I got into this game.
NOT to become freakshly big. To get thin and ripped. Athetic. I needed to get back on track FAST!
Said and done, Iwrote my training mentor; Joe and asked what to do and he helped me. I now folow his WoD’s(http://www.crossfitsla.com/). I still have problems even completing those hellish things, but I’m getting there! =D
I feel better, stronger, leaner and like I’m doing something made for me!
But wait! Something still felt wrong. My diet!
In the begining when I lost wieght I folowed a diet called "GI Metoden"(The GI Method). It’s exactly what it sounds like: Eat anything with low GI(Glycemic Index). I wanted to go back to something like that. Something simple, and a smart sentence came to me: “If you can kill it or grow it, eat it." - Big Byrd, AnimalPak. Caveman style diets have always worked. Why? Bicouse cavemen folowed nature, like our bodies was suppose to from the very begining.
I read up on this and came acros "The Anabolic Diet" wich in many ways folowed this way of life with the exeption of high carb weekends. I just started my first relationchip ever and my girlfriend and her roomate eat normal(unhelthy) food. Now I could eat with her and not care and even drink a beer again, PERFECT!
I’m still aiming for ripped and therefore try to stay low in calories, aiming for 2000-3000 devided or 6 meals/day.
My food list is very simple:
Breakfeast: 3 eggs
Snack:(shoose one) 30gram nuts of some kind/50g cheese/2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch/dinner: 225g meat, something from the snack category and a very small amount of carbs.
Now with the new diet I also removed almost all supplements from my diet, exept AnimalPak and Animal Omega(ofcourse).
With this new high metabolism diet and training I hope to become the thin, ripped, 8-pack warrior I was meant to become.
This is the primal, simple and head on way of life I’ve been looking for, wish me good luck!
