Things are going slow
Things are going slow, but very well. I would like to lose more weight and a lot faster, but lets be real do I want all this lose skin hanging. I’m starting to dial in my meals a lot better, but thankfully I have my one cheat day…With out it I would be going nuts. Anyway I can see the changes, but I do not yet feel comfortable with what I look like….I will try to post some photos in 2 weeks if I reach my goal of 260 by then…:)
