Things are going slow, but very well. I would like to lose more weight and a lot faster, but lets be real do I want all this lose skin hanging. I’m starting to dial in my meals a lot better, but thankfully I have my one cheat day…With out it I would be going nuts. Anyway I can see the changes, but I do not yet feel comfortable with what I look like….I will try to post some photos in 2 weeks if I reach my goal of 260 by then…:)

Well it’s time to get a little more serious about training and take it to the next level for myself. I know what I have to do now I just have to do it. I’m not going to do what most do though to start off…First I need to dial in on my meals and try and remember what works for me and doesn’t Then I will start doing my cardio, but I will NOT be doing bike or tread mill. I’ve found that jump rope and heavy back work the best for me. I can burn more cals doing this then any other thing plus I can release some stress. By the 3rd week I should be read to hit the weights again. Goal for the first 3 weeks it to lose at lease 6 pounds. When I am in better shape then 275 I will post. Then the my main goal is to reach a ripped 215. This I’m hoping will happen before the Arnold Classic….LMAO can’t let those big boys look better then me…LMAO ok ok!! I know just wishful thinking….:)
