Burn the FAt
Wednesday, April 9th, 2008Today, I am just working on cardio in b/t my upper & lower body workouts. On cardio days I do intense (sweaty, need some water) type workouts! Gotta push myself hard to transform this body into lookin smokin! ha Overall, I have been working out in the gym since about 2mths now. & I have noticed myself looking more curvy & a smaller tummy. I am very impressed with the knowledged I have gained from this site & my bf’s help w/training & nutrition. More than anything, I feel so good lately… I have so much more energy that going to the gym is not a job for me. I look forward to doing them b/c they are stressrelieving & great for ur body. I’m so happy with results right now. So basically, I’m just tryin to burn the fat right now. EAting a lil too much bread & gonna slack down on that.
