Meal 1- 23g of Protein, Fruit (No more then 50-100 calories , 32g Carb
Meal 2- 23g of Protein, Fruit, 15g Fat
Meal 3-23g of Protein, 32g Carb
Meal 4-23g of Protein, Fruit, 32g Carb
Meal 5-23g of Protein, 32g Carb
Meal 6- 23g of Protein
Low Carb Days
Meal 1- 23g of Protein
Meal 2- 23g of Protein
Meal 3- 23g of Protein, 70g Carbs
Meal 4- 23g of Protein, 15g Fat
Meal 5- 23g of Protein, 70g Carbs
Meal 6- 23g of Protein
No Carb Day- Pure Protien all the way!
