Okay, so I’m 18 days out..and counting.. I’ve cut calories to no more than 950 a day, with 1 hr of lifting and 2 hrs of cardio..surely I can get the last 8 lbs off.. I’m in freak mode right now, and not feeling like I’m going to be tight enough to be on stage.. REally just trying to stay positive and focused and wrap my mind around this contest..somedays this is soo hard..
I’ve let up on the chicken,,and I’m eating lots of white fish..and adding a shake a day. At this point I’m still eating and apple and some greek yogurt..that will probably change next week.
practicing posing more as well..its coming along fairly well. I will meet with my friend (who is a trainer, but just helping here and there) on Sunday, and have him take a look at the diet/workout. Hopefully I’m on track..Looking for a new fat burner, right now, I’m drinking redline..but next week that will change up too.
