Do work!
Getting the motivation back! It’s Friday, and I’ve sucessfully done cardio 3 out of 5 days this week, with tonight being the 4th! It’s pathetic to say I can only manage 15-20 at this time, but it’s 15-20 min more than I was doing a week ago!! I’m already feeling better, and can’t wait to see some results, especially on getting the body fat down!
