Getting the motivation back! It’s Friday, and I’ve sucessfully done cardio 3 out of 5 days this week, with tonight being the 4th! It’s pathetic to say I can only manage 15-20 at this time, but it’s 15-20 min more than I was doing a week ago!! I’m already feeling better, and can’t wait to see some results, especially on getting the body fat down!

Well, to my dismay, I decided to have my body fat calculated today, and I came in at a whopping 30.62%!! To me this is utterly embarsing, to know that 1/3 of my body is fat. During college I was about 20lbs lighter, and had a very low percentage of body fat, at 9%!! Hard to believe I’ve let myself become so lazy! That being said, the time has come to get it started again, NO MORE BEING LAZY!! Today will be day 3 of running, and it feels great to be active again, and on a routine. Next will be weights, which I can’t wait for!!
