Monday, March 5th, 2007today i did legs and chest. i started off with squats -1set=135×15, 2nd set 225×15,3rd set 315×15, 4th set 405×10, 5th and six set 475×6-8. leg extentions 135×15-20 4sets. horizontal legsled 2sets legs together 315, 290 x10. hammer press 15reps 2 45 plates. 2nd set 4 45 plates x15reps, third and fouth set 4 45’s and 2 35’s plates for 8-10 reps. bench 240lbs 3sets 8reps. pec deck 2 sets 8reps. pretty good workout. i got all my lifts, but felt really good on legs. next leg workout im going to try for 500lbs for 6-8 reps. if i feel like i did today i think i can do it.
