Biceps, Triceps, and Abs.
1hr cardio while studying.
Oddly enough, I find it easier to retain information when i’m moving so cardio is an excellent time to study, and memorizing stuff really makes the time go by faster. Unfortunately, I had cut the cardio short yesterday cuz i was exhausted from taking 2 exams. Back to 2 hours today (mostly running) - gotta get down to photoshoot weight and soon. Plus, i want to wear a sexy halloween costume.
