Goals

Lately i’ve been feeling like I haven’t been lifting my hardest while i’m in the gym and I really want to make some gains this year before the next season so I’ve decided so set some lifting goals.  Hopefully if i set them far enough out of reach, I’ll be motivated to work towards them.  I find it much easier to work towards a number, then i can track my progress.  Hopefully, this will also push me past some plateaus.  Also, I need to find a lifting partner, b/c its awfully hard to push poundage past your plateau point without someone to spot you.  I need to quit being so shy in the gym and just ask for a spot if i cant find a consistent workout partner. Anyway, I’ll be updating my progress in my daily workout log.  Wish me luck.

    Whoa…there. Just read this (looking for ur NO opinion) and saw the last line. No, right now you have the best of both worlds, if you seize it…

    I used to have a partner, was hella motivate, worked great, till he was promoted and too busy. I was sunk. i still worked out but…meh. Anywayz, now I’m thankful. I can go in when I want and do what I want, and THEN i’ll ask any sturdy looking person for a spot. But this is important, you have to explain slowly what you require. If they help too much or NOT ENOUGH, speak up!
    Alwayz have to remind myself this.
    Oh and I’m azul aka caramelover. Pleasure to see you in other people’s pages. LOL! And yeah, physique art is gansta! Did u do the regular or the ebony version?
