My poor lil&#8217; computer has been sick; it&#8217;s caught a bug, and is getting ready to head off to the computer doc. I MISS visiting BB.com often; I had NO idea how much I needed this site to motivate my arse!!! Ah, well. I&#8217;ll be bck haunting ev&#8217;ryone soon enough.

I would like to just throw the scale outta the damn house, but I&#8217;m going to keep &#8216;er around to use it as somewhat of a &quot;guideline&quot; to track progress and such. Bah!! Lil&#8217; scale is such a b*tch! She&#8217;s so damn moody: when she&#8217;s feeling sassy, she&#8217;ll give me great news, but when she&#8217;s a brat, I feel like we&#8217;re gonna box. *vent*</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been using Fitday.com to track my macros, and feel like it&#8217;s been a Godsend so far. Anyone else out there using this software to track meals?? Someone mentioned the site &quot;thedailyplate.com&quot;, I &#8216;ve tried it, and it sucks. Not very user friendly, IMO.

<p>Anyways, this month of February has been difficult, not necessarily with training, but with coping. Three people close to me passed, and my father-in-law suffered a MASSIVE stroke. It has been a very stressful time, and my of course, my work outs weren&#8217;t prime. <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>But, heck, being back on track makes  me feel super better about waking up in the mornings and throwing on my gym clothes: the fog has lifted, and I am now ready to face the day!!</p>
