It has been a while since I have been active on this site. Shoot, it has been a while since I have been ACTIVE: recently went through a bit of a nasty divorce, so I haven’t been taking care of myself like I should have been.
Trying to get that fire lit under my arse again. I’m sure that browsing through some motivating profiles and articles will help. Gotta get comfy in my own skin again!!

And I have the energy to do my cardio too…. so, that’s great!! The weight on the scale isn’t budging as fast as I would like it to, but my body is looking a bit different, and my clothes are fitting different on me as well, too. I would like to just throw the scale outta the damn house, but I’m going to keep ‘er around to use it as somewhat of a "guideline" to track progress and such. Bah!! Lil’ scale is such a b*tch! She’s so damn moody: when she’s feeling sassy, she’ll give me great news, but when she’s a brat, I feel like we’re gonna box. *vent*
I’ve been using Fitday.com to track my macros, and feel like it’s been a Godsend so far. Anyone else out there using this software to track meals?? Someone mentioned the site "thedailyplate.com", I ‘ve tried it, and it sucks. Not very user friendly, IMO.

I am ecstatic that the weight is finally falling off, but I’m a lil’ peeved at some people in my life: they are giving me grief over this diet!! WHAAT?!?! I’m eating great, wholsome food, constantly, but they can not seem to understand what this effort is all about. "C’Mon Erin, you can have just ONE…..", or, the classic, "You’re already skinny, why the hell are you working out all the time?".
Sheesh.
Once they see my arse onstage, they’ll understand what the effort is all about.
Had to vent.

Okay, so I’ve been doing my cutting diet for the past week, and I have to say, it’s honestly kicking my ass. I’ve been taking my ErgoPharm AMP before my workouts: wow!! That stuff is purdy damn amazing. I’m digging it; increased energy, and no jitters. HIIT is going well, I’ve downloaded some high-beat tunes on iTunes that seem to help.
Anyways, I’ll be keeping ya’ll posted on how things are going. If I hit my goal here in the next few weeks, I’ll be sure to post some pix to keep myself motivated!

So, yep, I realized that it has been about one WHOLE MONTH since I have last posted. Where did the time go??? MySpace has sucked me into it’s vortex, so if I am ever usually online, you bet yer bottom dolla that I am on MySpace!! (I AM SO VERY ADDICTED!!)
Anyways, this month of February has been difficult, not necessarily with training, but with coping. Three people close to me passed, and my father-in-law suffered a MASSIVE stroke. It has been a very stressful time, and my of course, my work outs weren’t prime.
But, heck, being back on track makes me feel super better about waking up in the mornings and throwing on my gym clothes: the fog has lifted, and I am now ready to face the day!!
SO GLAD TO BE BACK!!

I never get sick. Ever!
Now, here I am, sick with the flu (my temp this morning was 101.8). I wonder how long I’ll be outta comission for…
I am so miserable, and the only thing that sounds good to me right now is a small bowl of orange sherbert. The smell of food alone right now makes me gag. I don’t think that I could stomach chicken and brocolli right now!!
