I’m off to Taiwan and then to China for 2 weeks today, so I only had like a little over 30 mins to workout. Did a couple rounds of express gym and then an ab-ripper session to finish off. I think my determination kinda slipped off these past two weeks so I gotta come back and do better in the second round. Cya all towards the end of the month. And a big thanks to everyone who kept checking in and commenting. It kept me blogging. I’ll post some after pics when I get back. Peace out…

Today for the sake of mixing things up I did Cardio-X (sorta) for the first time. But the guys I was working out with got bored so 25 mins into it we switched to running and basketball. It was still a nice change.

Yesterday was a crazy day so I couldn’t blog. Anywho, I had to switch days 87 and 88 due to my schedule so I just stretched yesterday and it felt pretty darn good.

I felt like slacking off today…BUT I didn’t!
The workout was good, I sweated my a$$ off…I think I lost another lbs and a half the last week to 10 days. I have a big far east trip coming up (Taiwan, china, hong kong), but Im hoping I will be able to finish the 90 days. We’ll see…

Today was great. I think it’s safe to say today I didn’t look clumsy and out of my comfort zone at all. Well maybe only slightly out of my comfort zone. The last week or so there has been a huge mental shift regarding my diet. I’ve been working a lot with nlp techniques and subliminal msg music lately and it seems like I’ve been only craving for healthy and nutritious food the last 6-7 days. Gets me excited for round 2

Today was a good day and I kicked some serious a$$! Felt absolutely exhausted a few hours after I was done, but while I was playing my stamina was way up there! Good stuff

A little after the middle of the workout, I really got so bored lol I dunno why. So I stopped after about 65-70% of the workout and played some basketball for about a half hour. The pullups were solid in the 8-10 range. I’m thinking I’ll play bball instead of kenpo tomorrow. We’ll see…

I had to skip the morning workout and get my yoga done in the evening. It was a very good session. There is definite improvement in my flexibility and umm openness if that makes sense. Can’t believe it’s already leg day *sigh* lol

I felt like crap all afternoon yesterday. Kinda like when you know you’re about this close to getting sick, but not there yet. I got a business trip to China&Taiwan coming up next week so I couldn’t risk it and just took it easy and indulged myself this morning. Feel much better now. Looking forward to yoga tomorrow. Yeap that’s what I said lol
